Renewals through PayPal

Due to some recent changes by PayPal, some folks are having difficulties sending payments to us.

If you have any problem processing your payment through PayPal, you may either send us a check or money order, or you can email Larry (Iceman) with your phone number and a convenient time to call. He will process the payment with you over the phone.

For security reasons, it's best not to send your credit card information through email. Some folks have done so, but it's better to process your payment with us over the phone.

I was just getting ready to make payment by PayPal. Can you please elabortate upon the nature of these problems to which you've alluded?

Hi Daniel,

The problems have only affected Webtv users so far, and not all Webtv users.

From what I've been told, the process goes through up until the final "submit" button to send the payment.

If you're on a PC, however, you should have no difficulties whatsoever.
