Hi, web family... I feel like a total dork asking such a simple question, and I feel like if I just read through about 12 hours of tutorial stuff, I'd find the answer in there somewhere. But I have an unhappy granddaughter 3,000 miles away who wants to see the pictures on the pages (especially hers).

When she enters my main site, she can't see the photos, or any images, for that matter. Her parents have attempted to help, but get the same results. They are using MSN for their IP and apparently a Windows XP something browser.

I'm thinking the problem is some code incompatibility. I'm using the plain vanilla HTML "img src= whatever.jpg", which seems to work fine for everybody else.

Is there some quick fix I can just add to what I already have that would make the images appear for someone on Windows XP whatever? Or does this sound like a whole other problem.....

If your coding is correct the have them try the following.

Open up Internet Explorer and from the toolbar click on Tools> Advanced button> scroll down to Mutimedia and check the following.

Here's the addy if you need to send it to them.
